The ALMiG LENTO Series is a single stage "oil less", air or water-cooled, rotary screw air compressor package. The compressor package includes the rotary screw compressor, TEFC VSD main drive motor, filters, liquid cooler, stainless steel piping and water tank, cooling fan and controls for up to 145 psig air pressure. The ALMiG rotary screw compressor is designed for continuous duty operation, at full compressor output without affecting the compressor life.
The system is designed and certified to meet the requirements acc. CLASS 0 oil free air and can be variable speed (VSD) or fixed speed.
All units are fully enclosed with a cabinet for a low sound level. The LENTO compressor comes with a internal refrigerated air dryer perfectly matched to each compressor’s output.

1. Airend
- Single-stage, water-injected screw
- Water injected air end with high operation security and long rotor life time
- Male and female rotor without syncronous gear
2. VSD TEFC Motor
- VSD direct power transmission of the electric motor to the airend with a 1:1 direct coupling
- Electrical drive through variable speed controlled VSD asynchronous motor with enclosure TEFC / IP 55, isolating class H, small size and high efficiency of 90 - 96% over the entire speed range.
- Water and dust proof.
3. Integrated refrigerant dryer
- Integrated refrigeration dryer for compressed air cooling and for continuous fresh water production for internal water circuit supply. Thus, the required circulating water is produced by the machine itself and no external supply is needed.
- Air drying and cooling through integrated refrigeration dryer (pressure dew point 37 to 46 °F)
- For optimal biological and chemical water quality
4. Water circulation
- Closed water circuit without expensive water purification. No external water supply is necessary the machine will operate autonomous!

6. VSD variable speed drive

7. Air Control
- ALMiG microcontrollers contain a lot features as standard without any price adder. With the integrated sequencer for controlling up to 8 compressors no matter which brand they ready for lead/lag operation. Furthermore the system is ready for connection to a factory wide data bus.
