ALMiG

The ALMiG COMBI Series is a single stage, air-cooled, oil injected rotary screw air compressor package. The compressor package includes the rotary screw compressor, main drive motor, air and oil system, filters, oil cooler, cooling fan and controls for up to 190 psig air pressure. The ALMiG rotary screw compressor is designed for continuous duty operation, at full compressor output without affecting the compressor life.

All units are fully enclosed with a cabinet for a low sound level and are tank mounted on a horizontal ASME and CRN approved tank. The COMBI is a "all in one" compressor with a internal refrigerated air dryer perfectly matched to each compressor’s output and is mounted and piped on the air receiver tank. Furthermore the system already comes with a filter package for low residual oil and dust content in the compressed air.

The minimum space requirement and extremely low noise level enable these machines to be installed directly where you need the compressed air. This means that your company will save major investments with expensive compressed air piping.

Another advantage of these new compact compressors is the low weight and easy way which they can be transported. A fork lift is sufficient to install the entire compressed air station on site.

Details

1. Separation system
   multi-stage spin-on air/oil separator filter system. ASME and CRN approved air/oil separator reservoir tank with safety valve and oil level sight glass. Easy oil drain ball valve with pre installed tubing
2. Air Control
   state of the art electronic microcontroller "Air Control I or Air Control Mini" certified with a UL and C-UL listed electrical cabinet. Integrated transformer and wye - Delta startes.

4. Airend
   The rotary screw compressor element is where the air is compressed to your desired network pressure and contains:
   • German engineered high efficiency male and female rotor design
   • Oil injection during the compression stage for lubrication, sealing and cooling
   • State of the art air/oil temperature sensor at discharge of compressor element
5. Cooler
   Air-cooled aluminum oil cooler which is cooled by a dedicated cooling fan driven from the main drive.
6. Fan
   Fan is mounted on the motor shaft for highest reliability
