ALMiG reciprocating compressor or piston compressor is a positive-displacement compressor that uses pistons driven by a crankshaft to deliver air on a high pressure up to 6000psi.

ALMiG reciprocating compressors are German engineered and come with solid cast iron cylinders for strength and long lifetime. Aluminium heads and coolers made for superior heat removal. The cast iron crankshaft along with balanced pistons and oversized main bearings guarantees smooth operation on a low noise level.

The HL series is extremely flexible and can be used for all applications up to 600 psi(g), even under the toughest industrial conditions.The receips operate efficient and reliable even in three-shift operation.

Booster Compressors

Motor power: 3 – 40 hp

Pressure up to 600psig

ALMIG Air Boosters are used to solve a number of problems dealing with low inlet pressures in manufacturing plants.

Keep in mind, the higher your network pressure the higher your energy cost! When you need high pressure only for a few applications while the major part of your plant coperates with low pressure you should install a Booster. Do not higher the system pressure for the whole system, this will cost you a lot more than you might think! The Booster will higher the pressure only for the required applications and keeps your energy costs as low as possible.

These compressors are pre-assembled and ready for connection to the air network for immediate, unattended operation.

The Booster can take inlet pressures ranging from 0 to 190 psig and boost it to discharge pressure up to 600 psig with an airflow up to 1500 acfm.  They are base mounted for easy transportation and powered by an electrical motor.

Direct Driven Reciprocating Compressors (Oil flooded and Oil free)

The direct driven ALMiG reciprocating compressors are air-cooled single- or dual-stage. ALMiG guarantees top quality, reliability made in Europe.

The modular concept is available as:

• Compressor for system integration (Rack mount, Special Machinery, Service Trucks)
• Compressor on a base frame with or without vertical or horizontal receiver (also linked to a refrigerant dryer)
• With or without cabinet for low noise operation
